A:we have five inspection steps during the production，the first，inspect material ，the second ，100% inspection in production process，the third ，100% inspection when assemble finished，the forth，inspect products before shipment ，the fifth，inspection by buyer（if need）

2. Q:what is the leadtime？
A: normally 20days，if you book more than 5items mixed in one container，it will be 30days，if you book one item in one container ，it will be 15days

3. Q:What about the guarantee?
A:One year after shipment.
If the problem coursed by factory side, we will supply free spare parts or products untill the problem solved.
If the problem coursed by customer, We will supply technic support and supply spare parts with lower price.
